Schedule of your Advanced Open Water course

The course consists of five Adventure Dives: two mandatory dives and three optional dives, which you will determine together with your instructor.

Day 1 – Depth and Orientation
The first day begins with two mandatory dives:

• Deep dive: You will safely dive to a depth of 30 meters. The instructor will explain how pressure, color, and air consumption change.
• Navigation dive: You will learn to find your way using a compass and natural landmarks.

Day 2 – Specializations & Fine-tuning
Now it gets individual. Choose three more dives, depending on your interests and conditions:
Wreck dive, night dive, perfect buoyancy control, or fish identification. Each of these dives will sharpen your perception and control underwater.

After the last dive comes the moment everyone is waiting for: surfacing with a feeling of pride and the PADI Advanced Diving Certificate Hurghada.
